Explain the Bias-Variance Tradeoff

Prescient models have a tradeoff between predisposition (how well the model fits the information) and fluctuation (how much the model changes dependent on changes in the sources of info).

More straightforward models are steady (low change) however they don't draw near to reality (high inclination).

More unpredictable models are more inclined to being overfit (high change) however they are expressive enough to draw near to reality (low inclination).

The best model for a given issue for the most part lies some place in the center.
